Resources for Families

Parenting is wonderful but so HARD!    As a therapist, school psychologist, mom, and educator, I use my 30 years of experience to provide as many practical and evidence-based tools that I can in order to help parents navigate the challenges of guiding children and teens through the various stages of development.

For women navigating moments of transition,

and wanting to choose what comes next with intention.

Support for women who are experiencing personal, professional, or identity shifts, and who want to understand what’s being activated beneath the surface so they can move forward with clarity rather than urgency.

Many women come to this work during moments that feel quietly destabilizing. On the outside, life may look functional,  even successful.  On the inside, something is shifting.

You may recognize yourself here:

  • Feeling restless, disconnected, or misaligned with a life you once worked hard to build

  • Questioning roles, identities, or expectations that no longer feel true

  • Wanting change, but not wanting to burn everything down

  • Experiencing a transition in career, leadership, caregiving, or midlife

  • Sensing that this moment is asking something deeper than a surface-level adjustment

  • This work offers a place to pause, and to understand

what this transition is really asking of you.

THE CONSCIOUS CYCLE-BREAKER PATH - for Women

At the center of my work with with women is a container designed to support moments of transition, identity redefinition, and integration. This is not a step-by-step framework and not a prescriptive process.
Most women recognize themselves in multiple places at once. The path supports you in understanding what’s being activated now..then choosing how you want to live, lead, and relate going forward.

Women can move back and forth between noticing, understanding, and interrupting the pattern, practicing how to choose differently and then return to any of these while they live the change they are making in their lives

This process is a living and evolving part of who we are so the integration is not linear.

Ways To Engage In This Work

There are different ways to enter or deepen this work, depending on where you are in your transition. Each option is grounded in the same cycle-breaker framework and can stand on its own.

    Transition Orientation Session

A focused session to help you understand what kind of transition you’re in (personally, professionally, or relationally)  and what support might be most helpful.

This is a place for clarity, not commitment.

    The Conscious Cycle-Breaker Container

An ongoing container for women who want support integrating change over time, through reflection, nervous system awareness, and values-based decision-making. This work emphasizes depth, discernment, and sustainability.

    Integration Mentorship

For women navigating significant identity, leadership, or life transitions who want 1:1 support as they embody a new way of living and relating. This work often extends beyond a single transition and  into authorship, leadership, and legacy work.

Any of these paths are not about "getting it right".  Instead, they are focused on increasing awareness and making conscious choices to do things differently over time that works for YOU.

When patterns remain unseen, they repeat.

When they are brought into awareness, something else becomes possible.

How this connected to the larger ecosystem of support

Some women arrive at this work through motherhood.
Others through leadership, midlife, or personal transition.
Still others through supporting others, and realizing it’s time to turn inward.

While the doorway may differ, the root is the same:
Conscious choice instead of unconscious inheritance.

When something in you knows it’s time to choose differently.

If this moment in your life is asking for clarity, steadiness, or deeper alignment,

you’re welcome to begin a conversation.
