A space to understand yourself,
your relationships, and your patterns

From girlhood through motherhood, I offer a thoughtful, relational approach to therapy that honors where you are and what has shaped you.

Whether you're 10 or 50, the work begins with understanding.

FINDING THE RIGHT FIT

Therapy or coaching...which path is yours?

I offer both therapy and coaching, and they serve different (though sometimes overlapping) needs. Understanding the difference helps you find the right starting place.

Clinical Therapy

Healing at the root,

working with what lives beneath the surface

Therapy is a licensed clinical service that goes into the deeper layers of emotional experience... the wounds, the histories, the patterns that formed long before you were aware of them. It is the right path when something needs to be healed, not just understood or redirected.

CLINICAL MODALITIES USED

Art therapy (ATR)

CBT

Trauma-focused CBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Therapy is provided under my LCPC licensure in a confidential clinical setting. It may involve a diagnosis and treatment plan, and goes deeper than coaching into the clinical roots of emotional and relational difficulty.

Coaching & Consultation (Non-Clinical)

Moving forward, present-focused growth and relational skills

Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on the present and future. It can absolutely explore generational and relational patterns, but through the lens of awareness, skill-building, and forward momentum rather than clinical healing. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment.

CLINICAL MODALITIES USED

Generational pattern awareness

Relational skills

Parenting strategies

Goal-setting

Forward planning

Not Sure Which Is The Right Fit??

That's completely okay.

Reach out and we'll talk it through together. There's no wrong door to walk through first.

THERAPY SERVICES OFFERED

Each modality is grounded in the same belief: that understanding what has shaped us is where real change begins.

Individual Therapy

A private space to understand your own story

Whether you're navigating friendship drama at 11 or identity shifts at 35, individual therapy offers an unhurried, honest space to explore patterns, emotions, and the moments that have shaped who you are.

  • Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and self-worth
  • Friendship, identity, and belonging
  • Life transitions at every age
  • Relationship and family patterns
  • The invisible weight of growing up, or growing into yourself
  • Group Therapy

Finding yourself in community with others

There is something uniquely healing about being witnessed by others who truly understand. Group work offers connection, perspective, and the realization that you are not alone in what you carry,  at any age.

  • Girls and teens navigating social and identity shifts
  • Young women in transition
  • Mothers navigating the relational shift of raising daughters
  • Shared experiences of belonging and emotional growth
  • Mother/Daughter Therapy

Healing the relationship that shapes everything

The mother-daughter relationship is one of the most formative,  and most complex,  bonds a woman holds. When conflict, distance, or old wounds surface, this work creates a place to come back to each other.

  • Communication breakdown and recurring conflict
  • Navigating your daughter's adolescence together
  • Repairing ruptures and rebuilding trust
  • Understanding generational patterns
  • Navigating mother wounds
  • WHY THIS WORK

Why I serve girls, women, and mothers & daughters

This isn't work I chose from a distance. It chose me, through my own life, and through decades of witnessing what happens when these relationships heal

I came to this work the way most of us come to the things that matter most,  through living it. As a daughter, as a mother, and as a woman who has navigated her own relational transitions, I know firsthand how much the bonds we hold with the women in our lives shape who we become. I also know how rarely we are given the space (or the permission) to look honestly at those bonds and what they have asked of us.

Over the course of my career, I watched the same patterns surface again and again: the girl who learned early to make herself small, the mother who didn't realize she was repeating what was done to her, the daughter who carried wounds she couldn't name. I saw a gap — not just in available support, but in the way support was being offered. Something was missing that honored the whole ecosystem of a woman's relational world, from her earliest years through the generations she is part of.

That is the work I built my practice around.

I'd be glad to connect and explore what support might look like.
